Most people report feeling a minor burning sensation for a few minutes after each injection. Giving numbing cream up to an hour of time to kick in before your treatment can help.
Some people report lasting numbness, persisting for three to six weeks. If you have bleeding irregularities or are receiving antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy, you might have a higher risk of excessive bleeding or bruising around the treatment location.
